Hi, I'm Jasmin

I'm a registered psychologist with AHPRA and work with adolescents and adults of all ages.
 

My goal is to make sure you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout our time together. I draw from a variety of modalities ensuring a tailored approach to your growth and recovery. These include;

- Eye Movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

- Schema Therapy

- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) 

I enjoy working with a range of people and presentations including, anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship/ communication difficulties, OCD, neurodivergence (ADHD/ Autism) and more.

I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective, which means I truly believe you’re the expert on your own experiences. My role is to help you tap into your strengths and create meaningful change. I’m passionate about providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone, particularly those in the LGBTQIA+ community, and I’m committed to supporting people from all walks of life as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Therapy is designed to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to develop coping strategies for life's challenges. High quality therapy is goal oriented, collaborative and evidence-based. 

Support positive growth where you feel heard, supported and less alone in the challenges you may be having or risk you are carrying as an emerging therapist or helping professional.

There are many reasons to consider obtaining a formal diagnosis, it can help to consolidate what you already suspect about yourself and at times can be an important step in obtaining supports to set you up for success.

Currently accepting new clients in-person and via telehealth.
